1. Scope

These terms apply to every sponsor application with fishleague, in addition to the general terms.

2. Approval

Every application is reviewed personally. Submitting an application is no guarantee of approval - we reserve the right to reject an application without stating a reason.

3. Content

The submitted content (name, description, logo, website) must be:

• Legally permitted
• Accurate and not misleading
• Relevant to the target audience (angling and related activities)

4. Recognisability

Every sponsor listing is always clearly labelled as "Advertisement", in accordance with applicable advertising law. This label can never be removed or hidden.

5. Payment

The price is confirmed upon approval and is due before the sponsor listing becomes active. Payment can be made online, by bank transfer, or in cash.

6. Duration

The duration is set upon approval. Once it ends, the listing is automatically no longer shown unless renewed in time.

7. Removal

We reserve the right to remove a sponsor listing at any time, for example in the event of complaints, non-compliance with these terms, or changed circumstances.

8. Liability

:app is not liable for the content, products or services of sponsors. Any transaction between a club/member and a sponsor takes place entirely outside of :app.

9. Privacy

The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy.
